Refund policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Outside of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds or returns in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind — please choose carefully before completing your purchase
  • Incorrect size, colour, or variant selected by the customer at the time of purchase
  • Customer-induced damage — including misuse, improper care, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Sale items and clearance products — all sale purchases are final
  • Gift cards — gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash
  • Perishable goods — including food, flowers, and plants
  • Custom or personalised items — made to order or specially customised products
  • Personal care and hygiene products — including beauty, skincare, and intimate items, for health and hygiene reasons
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Digital products and downloadable content — once accessed or downloaded
  • Items returned without prior authorisation — please contact us before sending anything back

How to request a return To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at enquiry@charlieandme.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
